We highly recommend Harper Nolan to be your Realtor. She turned what is typically a laborious and stressful home buying journey into a really positive and reassuring experience. At our first meeting she spent a great deal of time talking with us, asking the right questions, in order to understand who we were and get a solid feel for what we were looking for. Underneath her calm, warm, and friendly demeanor is a competent go-getter who took her job very seriously and immediately got to work ultimately finding us a home that we love. Because the home was being sold "as-is" combined with a requested 21 day close, she recommended we get full reports so we would know exactly what we were buying into. Thankfully, because of her established and positive working relationships with local trades people, she was able to schedule appropriate inspections (full home, electrical, plumbing, structural) all within a week which was amazing. So we had full clarity on the condition of the home, which was very reassuring. We could not have asked for a better experience nor outcome based on the reports she was able to further negotiate a price break for us even though the house was being sold as-is. We could not be happier, and feel very fortunate to have found Harper. And she continues to check on us, further welcoming us into our new home and neighborhood. Wow. Where do I start? A+ Realtor! When other realtors wouldn't call us back, Harper was at the ready and happy to guide us along the way. Harper worked with us to find our dream parcel out along the Mendonoma Coastline this summer. She was so diligent, and quick to respond to our many, many questions. She took initiative getting information from local contractors and the county planning department for us, which was so refreshing. I cannot say enough great things about her! She is pleasant, honest, dependable and so easy to work with. Her determination to dig up all the information available on any given property is commendable in an age where laziness and lack of customer service runs rampant in every field. We are so glad we had Harper by our side as we searched for our new home. Since we recently moved to Sonoma County, we especially valued her depth of knowledge, down the the individual street level. She knows the microclimates, schools, proximity to amenities (as well as nuisances), and so much more. Harper made our dream of buying our first home come true. We kept looking at fixer uppers because that is all we really thought we could afford. Harper had her eye on this house that we thought was out of our reach, but she always said, "You don't know until you try". So we did! We purchased the house that was more than what we thought we could ever purchase as first time buyers. Harper makes it happen. She is easy going and very efficient. She kept in close contact with us throughout the whole process. I was telling my friends and family that she was my new best friend because we talked so often. She is very flexible. My husband and I have crazy schedules so Harper sent us Docusigns which worked perfect for us. It kept the escrow process going smoothly. Especially when we were out of the country.
